If the students are all at different levels, then use different materials, do different tasks with the same material, or use the students to have pair work.

If the class is big to handle, the teacher should choose group leaders, use worksheet, pair work or group work, use chorus reaction, and think about vision and acoustics.

If the students are keeps on using their own language, the teacher should talk to then about the issues, encourage them to use English appropriately, respond to English users, create an English environment, and keep reminding them.

If the students are not cooperative, the teacher should talk to individuals, write to individuals, use activities, enlist help, and make a language-learning contract.

If the students do not want to talk, the teacher should use pair work, allow them to speak in a controlled way at first, use acting out and reading aloud, or use role-play.

If the students could not understand the listening tape, the teacher should use jigsaw listening, give one task only, play the fist segment only, use vocabulary prediction, and use the tape script.

And lastly, if some students already finished their work earlier, the teacher could give spare activities or let the others stop. But before he decides, he should think the right solution.
